Interesting - that's my favourite of the Johnny Maxwell books, and if it does well then maybe it will inspire Pratchett to write another one.

I've heard that "Johnny and the Dead" was made into a TV series about 10 years ago ( but I haven't seen it; anyone know if it was any good?

This starts showing today - 17:35 to 18:15 on BBC1. It's continuing for the next two Sundays at the same time, and possibly after that (i.e. I'm not sure how many episodes there are altogether).
