Publisher scraps Stargate SG-1 video game

JoWood publishers have terminated the relationship with devveloper Perception PTY saying that thegame "does satisfy neither [their] quality requirements nor the fans expectations". They are hoping to pass the game on to a new developer.

ouch! That's a bit of a shock, I wonder what'll happen to the Unreal Engine license they had.

Edit: It seems that Perception not JoWood owns rights to the license. That could get messy..

( - Interview with the CEO of Perception. Talks about the game but- "For legal reasons, Perception could not answer more pointed questions on JoWooD's actions and claims against the developer, as well as specifics on the game's eventual release."
