isn't it funny the things rebranding people think make a difference

the 3rd season of enterprise (1st 2 episodes) is actually showing some promise however. Not brilliant, but better than the 2nd season. I think they still have serious trouble with uninteresting characters, but they seem determined to actually have a story now.

perhaps it's all a plot! 1. start new star trek series 2. make it much worse than the existing ones for the 1st 2 seasons 3. start writing 'good' stories in the third season, so they seem much better by comparison! (it worked for ds9 and voy..)

the 4th episode was tolerable... right up to the huge epic plot hole at the end. And I *really* don't care about the bloody vulcan and whoever she's flirting with this week.
