Who are we?
Welcome to the Imperial College Floorball Club! We are a university society that was founded in July 2008 for the students and staff of Imperial College.
We currently train once a week at Little Venice Sports Centre, Edgware Road.
What is Floorball?
Floorball is a fun, fast-paced, non-contact sport that originated in Scandinavia and is also known as innebandy, salibandy and unihockey.
It is similar to hockey except that it is played indoors with lightweight composite sticks and a hollow plastic ball which can move at up to 100 mph. The lightweight ball and stick make for incredible ball-handling and a safe game.
Floorball is suitable for both men and women of all ages and abilities and is a great way to exercise.
