The strength of the Chemical Engineering Society is testament to the hard work and engagement of the student body, in particular (but not exclusively) the committee. I personally very much enjoy the events and look forward to meeting you at the Welcoming Dinner on the 8th of October.
Imperial College Chemical Engineering Society 2018-2019
Imperial College Chemical Engineering Society (ChemEngSoc) is a student run body that’s main focus is to organise and oversee the departments events (both social and industrial focused) with an ultimate aim to ensure that each and every student within the department gets the most out of their time with us at Imperial College London.
AS WELL AS A WARM WELCOME BACK TO ALL OUR OTHER MEMBERS !
I am very honoured to be President of the Chemical Engineering Society, which is run by and for the students of the department I encourage you all to actively participate in the excellent activities, both social and otherwise, that the society offers.
It is truly one of the outstanding features of the department. Many of my favourite memories at my time at Imperial have been as a member of the society, and I hope that you will similarly make great memories, and friends, for the future.

Previous ChemEngSoc President:
Few things at Imperial gave, and still give me, as much pleasure as having the distinct honour of being President of the Chemical Engineering Society.
Whether it was attending or speaking at the annual dinner, attending the annual (student-organised) Newitt Lecture, or dressing in a pink tutu and dancing to Taylor Swift at the talent show, I enjoyed every moment of it.
