If you are interested in joining the club it currently costs £23
per academic year and membership is open to both staff and students of Imperial or other local universities, and of any ability.
Training currently costs £5 per session.
So what do you get for your money? You get free use of the club's protective
gear, subsidised prices on kit and transport to the rink and a whole lot of
fun including trips to games and wacky social events!
The main advantage of joining the club is that you can borrow a range
of protective equipment to try out the sport which would otherwise be
very expensive (at least £350!) and we get subsidy on travel and
hiring out the rink making it the cheapest way to play in London (and
beyond).
As a member of the Imperial Devils you will have the opportunity to represent the College in the Inter-University
Cup played throughout the season as well as the annual National Championships held in Sheffield during Easter.
This year we will be entering teams into both the 2nd and 3rd division so everyone has a chance
to take part.
For further information please write to Ice-Hockey
and we will get back to you soon.
