Hiring of Gliders

Hiring Procedure

Any member of the club may request to hire a glider, for practically any reason. This could be to take away on expedition, for a competition, for Silver badge attempts, etc. All requests are vetted by the club committee, so please apply in good time. Please note that the committee have the right to refuse any hire request if the glider could be put to more fair use.

There are no soaring fees for hired gliders, however you must detail flight times in the glider’s D.I. book, if away from Lasham.
