Gliding is one of the purest forms of flight. Staying aloft for many hours and travelling for many hundreds of kilometers using only the power of the sun is an experience truly not to be missed. It is also an exceedingly diverse sport:- once trained you can choose between cruising over miles of green countryside, to spectacular up-close views of mountain ranges or even aerobatics. It's up to you.....

I am sure many of you have heard about our Christmas dinner, it is finally on its way! I hope you are all hungry!!!
Christmas Dinner is one of the traditional events of Imperial College Gliding Club, it has always been an amazing event. This year, we’re off to the Prince on Gloucester Road. It’s of amazing quality, we know because we were there last year too!
So why not join us? Indulge yourself with the legendary massive turkey and the Traditional Christmas Pudding with Brandy sauce. Other choices are also available. We not only want you to get closer to gliding club, we also want to give you an amazing start to Christmas time by feeding you well!
All members and ex-students are welcome to join us, you can also bring friends/gf/bf/partner/wife/husband if they are also around in town!
