Membership

Imperial Students

Imperial College students and Union members can become members of DanceSoc by signing up online here.

Once you’ve done that, bring a copy of your confirmation email to any class, and we will give you a membership card which allows you to get 33% off all classes, and even more if you bulk buy! Don’t forget to always carry your card with you.

Others

Other Further or Higher Education students, as well as members of Imperial College staff or ex-students will need the following:

  • Imperial College Union Membership
  • IC DanceSoc Membership

You can find an explanation of the Union Membership policy here. Note that membership is required to attend all lessons, including private lessons. We cannot let you join a lesson unless you are a Union Member.

Please note: If a Life or Associate member does not have an Imperial user account (this will apply to students from other Universities such as Heythrop, Royal College of Art and Royal College of Music) then the Union will need to set them up with a suitable user account. If they wish to join a Club, Society or Project they should email unionwebhelp@imperial.ac.uk whereupon they will be given a College CID number. They will then be able to login using this CID number as their login, and their date of birth in the format DDMMYYYY as the password. This process may take up to two weeks.

Once you’ve bought Union Membership, you will need to buy Club Membership, which can be done online here.

Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.
