It’s time to choose your London home for the upcoming year!
Firstly, do read the descriptions provided by the College at the following link and view the photos giving a 360° view of the rooms.
Your seniors have also put together some write-ups about our experiences in the halls, providing first hand descriptions of the rooms, hall amenities and local areas. Some things which you may want to consider while reading the write-ups:
- Location
- Price of rooms
- Types of rooms in hall
- Amenities in and around hall
- Safety concerns
Also, check out the map where the various halls are mapped, along with Big Sainsbury (where most Singaporeans living in Evelyn Garden and Prince’s Garden will shop for groceries) and various shopping/eating districts near school.
- Beit Hall
- Bernard Sunley Hall
- Eastside Halls
- Fisher Hall
- Garden Hall
- Holbein and Willis Jackson Halls
- Orient House
- Pembridge Hall
- Southside Halls
- Southwell Hall
- Weeks Hall
- Wilson House
- Accommodation 2010
Lastly, apply online at the site given by Imperial by 30 July 2011. Do consider which factors are more important for you (e.g. price vs room type) as some have been allocated double room even though they picked single rooms because they chose price as their primary factor!
If you have any questions, feel free to post on the Freshers’ Facebook page or contact us directly. No matter which hall you are allocated, whether it’s in your choices, always keep an open mind because hall life is as exciting as you make it to be!
