WHAT DO I DO?

I'm here to make sure that your year goes by without the Bad Stuff and lots of opportunities for Good Stuff. Examples of Bad Stuff: Discrimination, Harassment, pressure to drink, emotional distress, lack of personal development, etc. Examples of Good Stuff: Volunteering, Equal Access, cycling and promoting green issues, healthy living, etc. If you see something you’d like to change, or care deeply about a particular issue, give me a shout. I’ll support you in getting your message across and bringing your issues to college’s attention.

It’s been a bit quiet as work so I thought i’d just let you know what’s going on for me personally, not that you’re remotely interested…

We’re taking Jez to Brighton at the weekend. Preparations have been going well although there is a slight problem with her engine. We made some alterations on Wednesday and went for a test run (nearly frightened Phil to death) to the Queens Arms. She seemed to be fixed driving round campus but out on the road if was apparent early on that she was having problems.

A couple of weekends ago some friends and I filmed an alternative version of I Like Trucking using Clem. It was based on the original short film at the end of an episode of Not the Nine O’Clock News. We had so much fun filming it – half lol, half cring!

I spent a weekend in Cornwall with my hall (Falmouth) where we stayed in a hostel near Golant. The journey was epic, not getting there until well after our midnight but the consolation was opening of the bar on our arrival!

In other news I’ve almost got a job with the RFA. I do seem to have a tendency towards driving things…
