Imperial College Choir is large and non-auditioned, with members of all abilities. We hold weekly rehearsals and perform a varied repertoire in a number of large concerts during the year. Want to sing in the Royal Albert Hall? Imperial College Choir is non-auditioned and we have around 100 members of all abilities. Everyone is welcome so come and have a go even if you've never sung in a choir before! Rehearsals are 6:00pm to 8:15pm every Thursday of term in the Great Hall (Level 2, Sherfield Building). In addition to our termly concerts, we sing in the Royal Albert Hall for Graduation, and at charity events, particularly at Christmas time. We perform monumental classical works such as Bach’s Mass in B minor, Mozart’s Requiem and Haydn's Creation Mass, mixed up with some shorter or more modern pieces. IC Choir is about having fun singing, but not only; we go to the pub after every rehearsal and hold an annual black-tie dinner, as well as a weekend away for extra practice and socialising, and regular Choiraokes (it's karaoke with Choir, of course!). Little livens up the week more than a good sing in good company, so do come along!
