What’s the society about?

Do you want to form chamber music ensembles and get the opportunity to perform take part in masterclasses, workshops, or simply want to meet fellow musicians? Then you might be interested in joining the Chamber Music Society! Our aim is to bring musicians at Imperial in contact with eachother to facilitate the formation of chamber music ensembles. Members get the opportunity to perform during the Arts Festival and in our main concert(s). We also organise social events such as concert trips or sightreading days after which we generally head off to the nearest pub! You don't need to have a minimum standard to join, but we do encourage musicians of about the same standard to play together.
